Sunstone Villa, nestled in the hills of Santa Ynez is as close to Tuscany as you can get in California. Originally completed in 2004, it’s real age is much older. The original owners built the villa entirely from recovered artifacts from buildings in Italy. While the surrounding area and exterior of Sunstone is beautiful, my favorite aspect of this venue is the interior. Allie, Ryan and myself roamed the large empty well lit rooms while taking portraits against the large blank backdrops. Joy Proctor who designed the wedding came through as always with beautiful details and a soft blue color palette. Sunstone is a true gem in Southern California. This wedding was featured on Style Me Pretty.
