Maria of Kingsley Events, Kasia of Plenty of Petals and myself set out to plan a shoot to explore what a minimalist wedding design might entail. Minimal color with lots of earthy tones mixed well with the soft florals and tablescape. I really loved how this particular shoot turned out. Our model was shot against a blank canvas as well as many of the details. While it has a decidedly winter look, this design can definitely be modified for weddings of any season. As some weddings can become so detail heavy that the couple gets lost as the main focal point, going this route can remedy that if important to the bride and groom. As has been said, less is more in photography.
